Your tasks

  • Support our consultants in various customer projects
  • Desire to learn how to put agility into action
  • Use of well-founded agile methods in projects, workshops & trainings
  • Confident moderation of workshops/meetings

Your qualifications…

  • First professional experience as a working student in a consultancy or in a larger company
  • At least 4 semesters Bachelor’s degree (e.g. business administration, business psychology, STEM subjects etc.)
  • Curiosity & solution-oriented thinking, creative thinking and enjoyment of new projects and customers
  • Open, communicative personality
  • “People person” – team player who enjoys networking
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel
